My 10 Current Favourite Podcasts

Are you a fan of podcasts? In the past year, I’ve become quite obsessed with them – especially the ones that make me learn more about how I can improve myself.

In fact, when I’m not with my family or asleep, you’ll often find me listening to a quick episode as I do the chores/go for a walk/tackle the admin.

I thought I’d share my current fave shows with you – in case you’re looking for a little inspiration for your ears :)

These are my current non-business faves – let me know if you’d like to know what business podcasts I rate the most?

My 10 Current Favourite Podcasts

1) Conversations with Lisa

Mum of three and kick-@ss business leader, Lisa Corduff is one of my mentors and I love her programs that help transform your life for the better.

Her podcast is raw and real, but also hilarious and oh-so-relatable.

She covers everything from parenting to relationships, loss and love.

Check it out here.

2) Happy Mama Movement

Amy Taylor-Kabbaz is one of the world’s most beautiful women, inside and out.

On her podcast, she shares her deep knowledge of matrescence and how becoming a mother changes so much more than our bodies and schedules.

Amy’s podcast is a gift and if you’re a mama-to-be or already a mother, you will love it.

Check it out here.

3) The Full Frontal Living Podcast

Lisa Carpenter – wow.

She’s as gentle as she is straight-talking and her episodes help me to really dig deep not only with what I want in my life but all of the stories that are holding me back.

I’ve had the absolute honour of being coached by Lisa in the past year and her podcast is your chance to experience her wisdom and love too.

Check it out here.

4) The Jim Fortin Podcast

Another of my mentors, Jim truly was put on this planet to help transform us from the inside out.

His take on how we can be the person we want to be, simply but BEing them – has changed my life, my relationship with my husband, how I parent, my business and so much more.

Start listening from episode one as each episode builds on the next one.

Check it out here.

5) Unlocking Us

Ok, who doesn’t love Brené Brown? I mean, we all do, right?

Through her written and spoken words, Brené has had a dramatic impact on my life. Particularly on my mental health.

She has helped me to uncover the areas of my life I’m unhappy with and work to move past fear and shame and really own who I am and who I want to be.

Her musings and interviews are so beautiful – I know you’ll love her.

Check it out here.

6) Goop

If you loved the Netflix series, you’ll love the podcast too!

Goop’s podcast interviews keep me company on many of my walks and they’re so interesting.

Even in the times I have differing opinions to their or their guests outlooks, I still love to learn about the topics they cover.

Check it out here.

7) Orgasmic Enlightenment

For this one, earpods are probably required – and some episodes are not for the faint-hearted.

I discovered Kim Anami very recently and love her candidness about all things female, body confidence, self-love and sex.

I’m still figuring out how much I align with what she says – but I love having the opportunity to learn more and questions myself, after each episode.

Check it out here.

8) Mind Body Masters Podcast

I love Jakes’ take on how by harnessing the power of our mind, we can heal our bodies.

Isn’t that fascinating?

The episodes are so varied and I love learning more about how I can take control of my own health, from the inside out.

Check it out here.

9) The Juggling Act

Ok, I might be biased, because I featured on this recent episode!

I love their bite-sized snippets of parent chat and how other parents manage the situations I’m facing as a mother.

Check it out here.

10) The Planner Podcast

For the planner girls, you are also welcome to check out my own podcast :)

I’m in the middle of recording a bunch of episodes now that I know you’ll love – so make sure you’re subscribed here. Also here.

These are the ones I’m currently listening to the most.
