Leona Edmiston Review

I was lucky enough to be sent a gorgeous Leona Edmiston Lainey dress recently. I thought it might be the perfect opportunity to have some professional images taken in this Leona Edmiston review.

They have been taken by a very talented and lovely local Photographer, Charlotte Morgan at Love Lottie Photography – make sure you check out here website and follow her on Instagram here.

I’m wearing the Leona Edmiston Lainey Dress

I had wanted to have a head shot picture taken for such a long time. The one I’ve had on my blog is actually now 5 years old. As well as that, I no longer have shoulder length hair and likely never will again! Thanks chemo.

It was about time that I had a photo taken that was representative of how I look now. Whilst I’m still growing my hair (oh my word, it’s taking forever), I’m now happy enough to show the world what I look like now. Happy-ish.

Enough of that, let’s get back to this gorgeous Leona Edmiston Lainey dress!

Leona Edmiston Lainey Dress

I’ve been a fan of Leona-Edmiston dresses since a colleague introduced me to her dresses years ago. Her Leona Edmiston reviews were so positive.

I love the Leona Edmiston Frocks too – the Frock dress range is just lovely.

I’ve always been a curvy girl and find it such a challenge to find beautiful and well made dresses that flatter my body shape. This range is perfect.

Leona Edmiston Lainey Dress

Leona Edmiston dresses are stylish, classic designs that are well made and well measured as demonstrated by the Leona Edmiston sizing chart here.

The Lainey dress pushed me right out of my comfort zone. My comfort zone being ‘everything black’. Sometimes grey. Occasionally white. Mainly black. You know what though, I’m ok with that. I like black clothes!

However I also like a change occasionally and picked the Lainey dress because of it’s gorgeous bold design and use of colour. It’s a celebration of a dress!

Everywhere I look these days, sleeves are the thing. From tops to dresses to jackets, sleeves are a-changed and the Lainey dress has a gorgeous flared sleeve.

I love the Japanese kimono style and teamed the dress with black tights and Mary Jane style shoes.

It’s a very comfortable dress to wear and made from 95% polyester and 5% spandex. It keeps its shape very well but has a little give in the fabric.
