Mim Loves Blogs – Mummascribbles!

Hello everyone and welcome to this weeks’ Mim Loves Blogs recommendation!  For those of you who have been following my Weekly Pregnancy Updates, I’m now 40 Weeks + 3 weeks pregnant – this baby is very comfortable in there!

As I had my last baby 3 week’s early, I have been feeling ‘overdue’ for quite a while now.  You may have gotten the hint from my Twitter and Facebook posts :)

I’ve been torn between enjoying the extra rest time before the chaos of a newborn arrives but also feeling uncomfortable sometimes anxious.

Every day I wonder if the baby is coming and get excited about it’s arrival but by bedtime I’m exhausted and hoping it won’t come over night as I don’t have the energy to get going!

I’ve been in much need of distraction and laughs and so I’ve been enjoying a lot of blog posts over the past week.

One blog that always makes me giggle is from Lisa at mummascribbles.com.  I just love her honesty, energy and fun and last week ‘I have a Wee Problem‘ really tickled me – and served as a big reminder to keep up with the kegels!

Lisa’s blog is so varied and also includes two of my favourite weekly features.  Firstly, MummaScribbles Meets… where she interviews a different blogger each week – I’m so nosy and love finding out about why other people blog and their parenting techniques!  Secondly, she co-hosts #TwinklyTuesday – a lovely weekly linky to share your favourite posts – old and new.

I love how honest Lisa is and love her views on parenting.  She writes from the heart but always with an injection of humour too.

So subscribe to lovely Lisa’s blog today!  You can follow her on Twitter, Facebook, Google+, Pinterest and Instagram.

Before I complain about still being pregnant too much, I wrote the 5 things you can get away with when you’re Pregnant here – what did you get away with??
