10 Beauty Products for Busy Mums

1.  Cinch Face Cheat Moisture + Go

This awesome spray is a fantastic 5 in 1 product. It acts as a moisturiser, anti-ager, illuminator, pore refiner and primer and I love that as a spray, it’s quick and clean to apply.

If you’re short on sleep and your skin needs a “pick-me-up”, Cinch Face Cheat also contains Superox – C™ to boost skin luminosity and reduce the appearance of wrinkles. It dries in super quick time too, so you can move on to your next step with no long wait time. Buy it here.

2.  Estée Lauder Double Wear Foundation

I love how this full coverage foundation stays in place all day. I mean, ALL day. My skin is oily and this does not budge.

Another thing I really like about this foundation is how it can be made much sheerer by applying with a foundation brush. I use the Real Techniques Expert Face Brush. You can also mix it with moisturiser to thin it for a lighter application.

It saves me so much time in the morning when I quickly apply it with a brush. It also sets quickly and doesn’t need to be retouched during the day. Buy it here.

3.  Rimmel Shake Mascara

The new Rimmel Shake Mascara saves me so much time! It’s ‘Shake-Shake’ technology helps to stop it from drying out. Just a couple of shakes keeps it fresh and means I can apply a clump-free coat of mascara quickly. Buy it here.

4.  Weleda Tinted Lip Balm

A gorgeous two in one product, this lip balm keeps my lips soft and supple but adds a hint of colour too. Buy it here.

5.  Dusty Girls by MooGoo Mineral Blush

I love how this Mineral Blush brings life to my face. When I don’t have time to use a separate contour and blush, I use this blush in Golden Delicious as a bronzer instead. It’s super pigmented and contains Jojoba Oil, Macadamia Oil and Vitamin E – so it moisturises and stays put! Buy it here.

6.  A’KIN Cleansing Micellar Water

This gentle and soap free cleaning water is infused with Organic Coconut Water. It hydrates skin and lifts away make-up and impurities. I love using it to remove eye make up too and use it on a cotton bud to correct any make up mistakes. Buy it here.

7.  Batiste Dry Shampoo

A bottle of Batiste Dry Shampoo is a staple in most mums bathroom cupboards! I choose the one in Brunette as it blends better with my dark brown hair.

On days when I do not have time to wash my hair, this dry shampoo is fantastic for keeping the oil at bay. It also adds texture to my hair, making it easier to style. Buy it here.

8.  Schwarzkopf Taft Styling Powder

I discovered the benefits of using styling powder after I lost my hair to chemo. When my hair starting growing back, it was very fine – still is! Styling powder adds texture and mattifies the hair to make it much easier to style and stay in place. It can be used all over or in places you want to add more volume or teasing too. Buy it here.

9.  Maybelline Express Remover

One of my all time favourite beauty products for busy mums! I wear nail polish almost every day, either gel nails or normal polish.

The Maybelline Express Remover makes it so quick and easy to remove my nail polish. Just dip in a finger at a time, twist the pot and the nail polish is gone in seconds!

10.  Clinelle Pure SWISS Sleeping Mask

When was the last time you had the time to put on a face mask? For me, it’s a very rare treat! I’ve been using this sleeping mask for a few months now and love it. I pop it on before I go to bed and it works it’s magic over night.

Then I wake up to softer, hydrated skin – simple! It’s a mini pampering treat that busy mums can find the time for. Buy it here.

So if you’re time-poor and need to minimise your “getting ready” routine, give these beauty products for busy mums a try!
