Review of Boppy Pillow
The website describes how the pillow was developed with a Lactation Consultant and offers support as a feeding ‘platform’ for baby to lie across.
It also has a removable and washable cover so I figured I could either keep it for any future pregnancies or sell it after I grew out of it.
But was is the best maternity pillow for me? I didn’t expect to grow out of it quite so quickly!
At three months, my baby now doesn’t need the pillow. In fact it’s too big and bulky to use so we don’t use a pillow at all. In hindsight I should have gotten one of these from birth or not at all.
However, the Boppy baby feeding pillow can also be used for tummy time for bigger babies. As well as supporting them in sitting or propping them up. My three month old is too young and small for these benefits. I think for now the bulky Boppy is going to have to be put away.
The best pregnancy pillow for me was the Original Theraline Maternity and Nursing Pillow – read the review here.
What is the best breastfeeding pillow or best nursing pillow you’ve tried?
