We have been such huge fans of baby sleep bags with both of our babies and I’m delighted to share this Grobag Baby Sleeping Bag review.
I love that these baby sleeping bags are great for keeping them warm and snug at night, while still having lots of room to kick around.

Grobag Baby Sleeping Bag Review
We were first introduced to Grobag sleep bags early on when my daughter was a baby and we had the Hetty Travel Grobag for her. It is SUCH a pretty design in pink and white with frilly sleeves and polka dots.
Gro bag has kindly sent my baby son a Grobag Sleep Bag of his very own from their Grobags bags range! He’s a big fan of stripes (ok, I am!) so we opted for this lovely Seaside Grobag in blue and white with a green trim.
My Grobag Review: Which one to choose?
It’s very warm in Australia right now so we got it in 1 tog and in size 6-18 months. This was the suggestion in the grobag reviews I read. My son is 10 months old and this sleep bag is going to last him for ages.
The great thing about sleep bags, especially Grobag bags is that being ‘too big’ isn’t really possible. They just have more room to kick around!
I love the simple design of this sleep bag and with my son’s stripy PJs, it’s super cute!
With a zip at the side, any night time nappy changes are very easy to do. No need to rouse him too much. The shoulder and underarm poppers keep him secure inside the sleep bag.
What’s it like?
It’s 100% super-soft Jersey cotton inside and out. It’s machine washable and you can tumble dry on low heat.

Another very nice bonus is that when you order a Grobag in 0.6 and 6.18 sizes, you get a free Nursery Thermometer – essential in ensuring that your baby isn’t too hot or cold in their bedroom.
Grobag Sleep Bags come in sizes a Newborn sleeping bag to ones for ten years old and in:
- 0.5 tog sleeping bag
- 1.0 tog sleeping bag
- 2.5 tog sleeping bag
- 3.5 tog sleeping bag
There really is one for all seasons!
I’ve been checking out the range to plan for what baby winter sleeping bags we will need.
If only they did them in adult size too. But when he’s bigger, we can upgrade to a toddler sleeping bag.
Where can you buy them?
You can get your own Grobag Sleeping Bag here! Make sure to check out the rest of Gro’s range too – we have recently reviewed the Grobag Gro-Clock and love it and they also offer a range of Bedding, Nursery and Travel Accessories for your baby.
You can buy a Grobag Sleeping Bag online here in Australia, here in the US and here in the UK.
I hope you enjoyed reading this Grobag Baby Sleep Bag review and that it was helpful.
