Le Rêve Aromatherapy Candles Review

Le Rêve Aromatherapy Candles Review

I think I’ve mentioned once or twice that the move from the UK to Australia has taken it’s toll on me physically and emotionally.

It’s been a wonderful, yet incredibly busy and stressful few months in organising the move, booking tickets, organising where we’re going to live, packing, saying our goodbyes, unpacking.  The list really could go on.

I find it very difficult to relax.  With a baby and a toddler, there isn’t a great deal of time in my day to even think about relaxing, let alone to make it happen!

However by 7pm, the kids are both in bed and asleep and that’s time then to have some time to myself.  You know, until one of both of them wakes up.

Le Rêve Aromatherapy Candles Review

I was delighted this week when Le Rêve sent me one of their beautiful candles to do a Le Reve review. I love candles, I’m a little obsessed with them and generally have one burning each day.

Le Rêve Aromatherapy Candle

The Australian company offers a wide range of Le Reve candles, reed difusers, perfumes, aromatherapy and skincare.

I usually stick to sweet smelling ones but to encourage me to unwind, calm down stress less, these Le Rêve Aromatherapy Candles has a pure essential oil blend of bergamot, cedarwood, jasmine, lavender, lime, orange and ylang ylang.

Stress Less!

I particularly love the scent and effects of lavender. I often spray it on to my pillow when I’m struggling with insomnia.

I’ve been burning this candle for the past few days after the kids have gone to bed. It’s fast becoming a part of my evening routine.

Each candle has a burn time of around 95 hours so luckily, it won’t use up any time soon.

I rarely get a chance to indulge myself with either time or treats. This is a lovely way of adding some relaxing time into my day.
