Lite n’ Easy Results Week 2

Here is my Lite n Easy review as I’m sharing my Lite n Easy weight loss per week.
I started a week last Thursday and last week I lost 2.4kgs! Normally I lose weight very slowly so I was so pleased to get this big kick start.

This week I’ve stuck to the plan again and was excited to see what the scales said this morning.

Each week, a new variety of meals are available and here are some of my favourites from the week:

Lite n' Easy Results Week 2 - Love from Mim
Lite n’ Easy Lunch: Bacon Tomato and Quinoa salad with Tomato Vinaigrette
Lite n' Easy Chicken Breast Fillet Bacon Tomato Baby Spinach and Mayonnaise on a Grain Roll
Lunch: Lite n’ Easy Chicken Breast Fillet Bacon Tomato Baby Spinach and Mayonnaise on a Grain Roll
Lite n' Easy Indian Chicken Rice
Lite n’ Easy Indian Chicken Rice
Lite n' Easy Sliced Roast Chicken Breast with Beetroot and Baby Leaf Salad and French Vinaigrette
Lunch: Lite n’ Easy Results Week 2 – Love from Mim

So, how did I go and does Lite n Easy work?

Well I lost another 1.3kgs! So that’s now 3.7kgs altogether – which translates to just over 8lbs.

I’m so so pleased and this week, I can actually feel a bit of a difference in my shape too. I’ve lost 1cm from my waist and 1cm from my hips – not a massive reduction but it’s going down!

Now my Lite n’ Easy results are in and the trial has ended I’m going to keep up the momentum and focus on preparing healthy meals for me and the family. I’ve loved doing the plan and I’m a big fan of both the food and the results.

What’s next?

I’m working with an awesome Exercise Physiologist on my diet and exercise. He’s given me some really easy recipe ideas and some gentle exercise to do while my body is recovering from chemo – and while I’m having radiotherapy.

I’ve dieted so much over the past, well, 20 years. I’ve always felt a bit of sadness at the start of each diet because they meant I wouldn’t be able to have my favourite treats or eat what I want.

Whilst I’m planning to make some quite big changes, I actually feel excited by it. I’m looking forward to cooking again and eating fresh and healthy meals.

I’m certainly looking forward to continuing to lose weight and get myself fitter.

I will do everything I can to beat cancer and if I have a full life ahead of me, I’m determined that it will be a healthier one.

I hope you’ve enjoyed reading my Lite n Easy reviews.

If you have any ideas for healthy recipes, I’d love to hear them!

Well done Mim, amazing results! I’ve never dieted as such, but generally I don’t eat many carbs in my evening meal because I find I feel bloated and heavy overnight and more sluggish when I wake up if I eat them and don’t burn them off. I have about 8kg of baby weight to lose, eeek! You sound so positive and determined, so you’ll reach your goals for sure xx

Thank you lovely and I’m the same – carbs at night just don’t work for me – need to make the most of them at breakfast :) x

I hope you enjoy learning how to make planner stickers or how to start a sticker business!

I’ve been making and selling stickers for journals and planners since 2017 and it’s become a wonderful and creative way to turn my hobby into a side hustle, then full-time online business.

Whether you want to make Cricut stickers, Silhouette stickers or you’re starting from complete scratch, you’re in the right place. Making planner stickers can be for you, or to start an Etsy sticker shop and sell stickers online and you don’t need any previous experience to get started.
