Project PR & Media
A collaborative enterprise, involving research and design, carefully and creatively planned to successfully achieve an aim.
This is what you’ll get working with Project PR.
Its unique offering gives clients the rare opportunity to work with two experts across separate fields.
Project PR is highly reputable because stories are pitched to journalists with a worthy hook. 'PR spin' is exchanged with old fashioned honesty and all spokespeople are media trained by Project PR to guarantee they are confident and successful.
Unlike many other agencies, we listen to our clients, give them the attention to detail they deserve and we know what it takes to get creative cut-through.
The founders, Alicia and Lainie are both extremely passionate about what they do.
Alicia's passion is in media. During her eight years working as a News Reporter for Channel 7 she covered and produced countless national stories. From the 2009 Black Saturday Bushfires to sport, crime and politics.
As a result of working in the media for almost a decade her media contacts are vast.
Alicia is a professional media trainer who creates tailored sessions to suit a variety of individuals needs. Whether it be broadcast interviews, crisis management or basic tips for answering questions, Alicia teaches you how to succeed.
Lainie brings more than ten years industry experience working on both sides of the PR fence.
She has spent the majority of her career agency side executing memorable campaigns, but also experienced a stint in-house at Funtastic giving her invaluable insight when it comes to knowing what clients want.
Lainie has worked across a diverse range of consumer and lifestyle brands including Coles, Mattel, City of Melbourne and Myer executing both major and grassroots campaigns.
In addition Lainie has been instrumental in managing large-scale events, leveraging major sponsorships and implementing successful media relations programs.
