  33. Cathy B
    / 10:47 am

Ultimate Valentine’s Day would be a surprise romantic dinner with my dear hubby, a lovely gift and some beautiful flowers…more than likely though he’ll semi forget and grab a bunch of none too fresh flowers from the local servo on the way home from work and the silly thing is I’ll be very happy to receive them.

  34. twcourt
    / 9:47 pm

I’d love to be wined and dined on a Bali beach at sunset.

    / 9:55 am

Hubby works so hard (we both do) and have 2 small children and never the funds to splash on luxuries. If money was no object I’d fly us over to Thistle Island (SA) and treat him to some of the best fishing in Australia (he loves fishing), the kids could enjoy clean, pristine beaches to play on and my heart would be happy that we’re all enjoying time together.

  36. Lauren H
    / 7:43 am

    In a hotel bubble bath,
    Nibbling on chocolate hearts.
Some precious time just hubby and me:
The kids at home with nan, you see.
    A bottle of bubbly,
    With plenty of cuddling,
    Maybe some candlelight,
To get the romantic mood right.
    A Valentine’s Day,
    Spent rekindling in a way,
10 years together, plus more to come:

It’s been years since we celebrated Valentine’s day – after my birthday, Christmas and New Years, my husband’s birthday, and then our weddimg anniversary all celebrated between late Nov and mid Jan, Valentine’s has always seemed a bit much. This year though our second baby is due early March and I find myself longing for a relaxing massage, a lovely kid-free dinner somewhere I can dress up in the one fancy maternity dress I have and have an uninterrupted conversation, followed by a sleep in the next bday. I can dream!

  55. Jay

I would love to have a date, never had a valentines date

Time to turn on the cricket?
That’s right it Valentine’s Day, lets head out for candle light dinner,
